Thought I would say Hi and introduce myself. My name is Matt and I've only been smoking for about a year and half. I got started on a masterbuilt electric smoker that I have just about worn out and thought I had it mastered. I recently had a Hasty Bake grill/smoker given to me and now I am learning how to use charcoal. After using the charcoal I don't know if I will ever fire the electric one up again. I look forward to searching your forum and learning all I can. Thanks for having me.
