Hi all. I've lurked for a while after I found the site while looking for info on building a UDS.
I used the information I found to build a smoker that has so far turned out some great BBQ. My wife tells me it's better than some of the commercial Q she's had (and we have some pretty awesome BBQ around here).
Anyway, I just cooked my first set of ribs on it (beef & pork) and they turned out awesome so I figured it was time to finally post on here and thank everyone for the inspiration.
