This is officially my first post!
i've been thinking about starting a catering business and found this site through yahoo, I've been reading every night, learning so many tips tricks and "Don't Do's"
My first competition will be the Pork and Brew in Rio Rancho NM. I'll be looking for the flags if anyone ever gets out this way.
I'm still trying to come up with a name any suggestions?:biggrin:
