Ive been wanting to get one to use on pizza stones but they were pricey.. with these prices, im grabbing a few. Be great to tell when the stone is up to temp. Also good for Grill Grates.

I want the one that measures up to 3272F but I have found most foods burn whenever you try to cook over 1800F so it is hard to justify the price.

already got the s model, use it every time i fire up ;the cast iron pans don't have anything stick anymore.
