I am no pro by all means but this is the way I see it.

1. I am digging the shape and layout
2. Yea I have been hammered on blotchie sauce to... spritz with some apple juice or something to smooth the sauce out.
3. The color I am okay with but I will say the darker sauces catch my eye a little better.
4. Garnish needs a little lift and fullness to it

Over all it looks dayum good to me I say an 8
