Cooked a bunch of chicken and shrimp for fajitas today and through what's going to be a rainy weekend.

Grilling chicken quarters tomorrow. Got them marinating in W Sauce, cause I bought a couple of bottles not very long ago and that was the best use of that sauce I came up with.

In an odd turn oph events, someone is on their way to by my backwoods g3 right now. It’s a great cooker but the deal was I gotta sell some smokers to make room phor the LSG.
So tonight is pizza night.
Saturday my uncle from out oph town is coming over for dinner along with my old man and mother in law. Direct heat chicken phor the win!
Mother’s Day will be some delicious ribeyes my lovely wiphe picked up from the store.
My goal phor the weekend is to spend more time outside, as I felt I’ve been cooped up in my office all week. Stay saphe and be well, brethren!
