Absolutely nuthin this weekend.
Lephtovers tonight, wiphe's making sumpin tomorrow and Sunday is the pholk's 63rd anniversary, so taking them out somewhere.
Tonight it's portobello mushrooms and Conecuh sausage on the pellet grill. Saturday and Sunday I have no clue but I will probably come up with something. Have a great weekend everyone.
Went into the phreezer myself for some sausages, also grabbed some Cornish hens while there. Nellie is doing some curry goat or whatever she does with it.
Soaking out a corned beePh Phor some point-strami, also gonna grill some ribeyes. Gonna be a beePhy weekend! :whoo:

Making buckboard ham tomorrow. Had two 9 pounders in the wet brine for 9 days. Will pull them tonight and let the pellicle phorm in the phridge, then into the pellet grill tomorrow AM.

I've been morel hunting the last two days, looks like I'm a week or so early.
Canned some corned beef last night. Probably going to smoke some venison shoulders this weekend, if the weather holds out.

On Phriday I had no Idea. Turns out it the same as GTR but we went to a Chili cook off last night and no room for steaks. That will be postponed. Phastrami it is!
