Going to score it deep and slather with hot sauce - Sauce TBD there's options
Going to let it get sticky tacky
Then going going to rub it with Taco Bell Seasoning Packet
Then I'm going to smoke it- Smoker TBD

It's pharking phreezing here!
Burgers on the Weber last night, portioned and vac packed ~20lbs of smoked salmon today, pork schnitzel tonight.
Warmer Temps tomorrow and Sunday, hope to cook some chicken and try the white BBQ sauce from Andy from the trade round.

Tonight, Mrs Snadamo is making her Shrimp Curry. Tomorrow, I am deep phrying wings, a bit of a test run phor super bowl and some Phries! Other than that, hopefully a phreezer dive phor steaks, and phingers crossed for homemade bacon and eggs for breakphast tomorrow!
