Tonight, phlat iron steaks with home made chimichurri,
bacon, bourbon, brown sugar Brussels and baked potatoes.
Tomorrow, a smelt phry and Sunday, baby backs.
Good luck, Phu! My wife is heading to Phlorida for a week so I will be able to cook whatever I want and season it however I want:clap2: I have a competition coming up in a phew weeks, so I will probably be cooking in preparation for that.

Stir fried rice tonight and who knows for the other days. Gonna be making some lasagna, chili, coney sauce, meatloaf, and maybe taco meat to freeze for easy meals. Oh, and an adult beverage mixed in somewhere :-D
Absolutely nothing. Working 7 days a week has been a drag but I have slowly been stocking up my freezer in the process and I have a new cooker arriving in a couple more weeks. Then it's game on. Have a great weekend everyone.
This morning was bacon for grease for the jar, might as well do home fries and scrambled eggs!
Tonight was some chicken legs and grilled onions.
Tomorrow is going to be some chicken pizza.
Sunday will be brisket grilled cheeses.
No idea if the grill/smoker will get involved, but...
Saturday brings Mexican - Probably tacos / mulitas de Asada. Perhaps some quick guac.
Sunday brings Indian - Samosas, Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan, Raita, and whatever else I can find.

After seasoning the new Workhorse last weekend (and sneaking some sausages on) it’s a rack of ribs and some turkey thighs to break it in. 40-50 degree temps so it’ll be a cold one; and the last chance for awhile, forecast is all rain after this weekend.
