just spent 2.5 hours in my non-air conditioned car stuck in traffic... it's freakin' triple digits outside... I am NOT going back outside to stand over a fire, even for a steak... maybe I'll be in a better mood tomorrow and have the desire to use the grill... tonight, microwaving leftover brisket and drinking lots of cool water....
 
Have a couple relatives coming late tonight so tomorrow is a 16lb brisket (before trimming) Salt Pepper and Garlic and 4 racks of BB Ribs with a modified Magic Dust. One of those racks is so thick it looks like a pork loin on top of the bones. That is the second time in recent memory the wife brought home a rack that thick.....The first one was awesome. Pics tomorrow.
