1 pork shoulder about 20 lbs it has been smoking for 7 h thus far. Now i'm going to sleep and I'll see her tomorrow morning

I've been up to my eyeballs in tax papers for the last few weeks. Just finished everything up today.
Think I'll build a nice fire, throw any "extra" paperwork into it, and roast some meat on a stick. Doesn't even matter what kind of meat. lol
Dang that would feel good. :cool: :wink:
