The menu got adjusted a bit... The oak-planked brie is going to be taped after the live segment to then air between Christmas and New Year's Eve. I'll serve pig candy and fig bourbon apple compote with it.
 
Jason, I get the prep, but I don't have the morning to do everything... and it's expensive! :) (I have to bring my own food).


Oh I hear you on that. Thanks for clearing that up. Save the prime rib for when you make the food network, I hear they cover the meat.

Jason, I watch that next food network star thing, and I think 1. i'd be way too un-perky for them, and 2. I wouldn't put up with some of the crap. I'm also too unphotogenic. And they never give a real cook time to do up some real bbq!
