Grilled prime grade hangar steak from Wild Fork.
Hangar was seasoned with Q-Salt.

Peaches were quartered and hit with Naturiffic Gingery Orange seasoned salt and some olive oil.

Salad: Baby spinach, arugula, goat cheese, grilled peaches and prosciutto, topped with hangar steak.
Dressed with 15 year old aged balsamic and olive oil.

That's a magazine worthy cook, John! I like how you used the inverted vortex, as well.

How are you liking Wild Fork? I just looked the site up and prices seem pretty reasonable, at least the beef that I saw.
