Decided to grill some tilapia fillets , and a couple of red snapper ones I found in the fridge. Next time though, I'm going to use my mexican fish basket to keep the fillets more intact. Sure was fun though. :mrgreen:

Maybe next time you can try to put them on a bed of lemon or lime slices,technique that I saw Ross in Ventura use a couple of times.
Still like to try that.

Yeah that sounds like a good idea...I'll keep that in mind.

I just put some wooster
salt
pepper
and a little oregano..

that's it.
 
It's just a fish basket like the picture, but it's very big and square. Basically for a butterflied red snapper...
