Hello, my name is Josue and I'm happy to be a new member of this brotherhood. Found this site while searching for grilling/smoking information and decided to join.
The equipment I use is a new-to-me 22" Weber kettle that I restored and modified (one-touch cleaning system, lid hinge, lid gasket, exhaust damper handle, thermometer probe slot, and intake damper marks on the ash catcher ring).
Can't wait to start BBQing!
