Greetings Brethren!

My wife and I just repatriated after three years living and working in the Middle East, 1 year in Kuwait and 2 years in Dubai. Not much opportunity to smoke fatties, ribs or butts over there so we are looking forward to getting our BBQ groove back on in the good ole USA!! We are preparing for our very first KCBS competition, Rhode Island State BBQ Championship next month. Happy to RTF for great ideas and will share our experience along the way...
