Hello all,
My name is Nate, and I'm a new member here. I've read the forum (without joining, for some weird reason) for years now.
I live in Orange, CA. I've got some experience with BBQ's, going back 10-15 years. Traeger, Rec-Tec, WSM, and presently I've got a new Rec Tec RT-590 (just did the burn in and assembly last night!) and a Weber Performer.
I'm looking forward to reading about everyone's cooks, recipes, and sharing whatever little information I can.
Anyway, I'm off to read and look at pictures of everybody's handiwork! I will post pics and contribute, and I'm looking forward to it!
