Green Chile Stew

Found some CSRs at Wally World, seasoned up with some PS Seasoning El Dinero and onto the Big Joe.

Meanwhile, sauté some onion & garlic.

CSRs done. Slice em up and into the pot along with some green chiles and green chile enchilada sauce. Cook for about 45 minutes until the pork is tender.

Almost there, add a tater and cook some more.

Plated up. Good stuff Maynard!

Looks really good. This differs quite a bit from your Pueblo Sloppers recipe. The slopper part being a green chili stew.

At least I recall that you were the one that posted the recipe. I copied it and have used it a few times.
