These are amazing. Marinade consists of rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsely, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Cook indirect to about 125 then sear for color. Rest and slice. My kids devoured it! Served with Greek salad and grilled pita with tatziki. Of course paired with a good peppery red wine!
