So my throwdown history has been rough...I was my only vote on both occasions haha. So I had an idea for the Nacho Throw down. I decide to take a gyro and greek salad and meld it into a plate of nachos. I first started thinking of condiments. Tzatziki for Sour cream was an easy one but then I started thinking about the pico de gallo and I thought I would sub some of the non greek ingredients. So I made a greek pico. The more and more I thought about it the more I wanted to add to it so Here is what it contained:

Homemade pita chips
Homemade smoked gyro loaf (diced)
Greek Pico (Subbed lemon for lime juice, pepperoncinis for jalapeno, and parsley and oregano for cilantro in my normal pico recipe)
kalamata olives
roasted red peppers
more pepperonncinis
feta cheese
mozzarella cheese
parsley
oregano
green onions
fresh cucumber

And probably something else I forgot

Grilled the gyro meat to heat and baked/grilled the pita chips on the Weber 26, then melted the cheese and warmed everything in a cast iron pan on the grill as well.

Topped with all the cold ingredients and served. Here are some pics of the process and the final dish:
