Grandma’s Pork Butt

Heading to the grandparents for a late Christmas lunch. Grandma loves pull pork but she likes it with no fat no sauce and juicy.

Trimmed
Injected- honey bacon
Seasoned- honey bacon
Smoked- pecan/cherry

Hope everyone enjoys it tomorrow.

Best part…. I get a big kiss from grandma. :-D
