My daughter was in town visiting for the last week or so and last night was her last night here. I decided to to throw a tri tip on the grill. I used my double barrel kettle table. On one side I set up the vortex for the cast iron to cook up some taters and green beans. On the other side I set up for some indirect grilling. Covered the tri tip in OR Santa Maria and a little bit of extra pepper. Potatoes almost done and green beans now in the mix, time to put on the tri tip. Cooked to 120* IT. Pulled and let the coals come up in temp. Pulled the taterand beans off. Time to sear. Couple minutes on each side and done. Sliced and served. Supper was delicious. Now it's our turn to go to St. Louis. Thanks for looking.

You mean she left after a meal like that??? I would stick around a little longer and see what you do for an encore. The food looks fantastic and I hope she made it back safely!
