Hi all, my UDS is nearly done and I need your help once again. I have a gluten allergy and am looking for good tasting gluten free rubs, sauces and spices etc. Any help would be appreciated.

All the simply marvelous rubs, eat barbecue sauces and rubs, plowboys sauces and rubs and big poppa rubs. Most things in bbq are. Just check labels and when in doubt email or call the distributor. I have done that on several occasions.

Try any of the Oakridge BBQ rubs, which is what I intend to do soon. I'm not gluten free and normally prefer to make my own rubs (as opposed to using anything with artificial ingredients) but the Oakridge rubs have no MSG, preservatives, gluten, etc.
