Getting Weird on 2 Butts (Hunsaker "practice") Sunday

I’ve tried both ways but I have had better luck (and scores) not completely butchering butts. Drums cook so much faster with the radiant heat anyway.

I wish we competed enough now to know what works and what doesn't :becky:. Especially with pork. These results were similar to the slightly less massacred ones :-D.
