G'day,

Friends call me Johan and my birthcertificate says I was born in 1980.

I live in The Netherlands down south and obviously I like cooking outside on a Q. I'm here to pick up new ideas for future projects but also to get tips and hints on other related stuff. I'm an active member of the Dutch counter part of this forum.

I had a few adventures in the past but epic high this year was my smoked pig...

Current DIY project is a Mini Reverse Smoker, just for fun.
