Yes, exactly. First time I remember seeing this technique was 10+ years ago during the Mini Wsm building phase. The Weber Portable Joe tamale pot Cooker. What shouldn't hold any full racks could hold several. If you're interested one of many videos on YouTube by BBQ Pitboys is a good one to watch. The video is about 10 years old.
