My Buddy from work ordered a Stump's Classic on Black Friday.
He was pretty stoked to get it after such a long wait.
It was quite an ordeal, getting it off of the pallet and bolting the wheels on.
This sucka is heavy.
After a few hours, some cuss words, a minor injury and some redneck ingenuity... The wheels were on and she was rolled out into the driveway.
The cooker is an absolute beast.
The fit and finish is top notch.
The inside was pretty filthy, so we cleaned it out and went to seasoning it.
It took an hour to get it up to 300F, could probably take quite a bit less time, but there was some trial and error getting it up to temp.
We did a fair amount of chasing the temp, but once we got it settled, all was good.
Later on after some serious beer drinking, we assembled a fatty and got to cooking.
This is one AWESOME cooker :shock:
