Found the match 40 yrs ago but it doesnt hurt to keep looking. BBQ'n with a 56" Grand Hall grill, a Smoke Hollow smoker, Home built cold/hot unit for sausage/cheese etc. a big ole disk cooker, and a big ole Webber.
Into smokin meats, cheeses, makin sausages, and eatin all of it. I hope to learn a bit from you guys and just maybe I can contribute a bit as well.
