Food Truck Cookin'

Had leftover assorted pork chops so I "chopped" them up into bits and seasoned it al pastor style

Made corn tortillas while the meat marinated

After a few fumbles

I got it right

Grilled some corn and peppers

And made a corn and mango salsa

Cheap cabin gasser at it again :clap2:
