Flautas are one of my favorite dishes to make. Antonio el quacamole que onda, donde esta la salsa verde?

I always knew those as flautas growing up in AZ until I moved to SoCal. then I had to call them "Rolled Tacos" or nobody knew what I was talking about. We also do the pulled pork flautas in large batches in the deep fryer. I need to try the pollo version.

A couple of questions. What kind of tortilla was used? How much oil is is the CI pan? Can these be done in a deep fryer?
