Thought I'd chuck my hat in the ring for a the current throwdown.

Last night the weather warmed up a little so I cooked dinner in the shed.

I let the bacon cool down as it's going in a salad. A Bacon and Egg Salad.

That's puttin the little griddle to good use.

I'm interested in the chorizo with cheese...

Yes. Got them from Costco. Never seen the brand before. Turns out they were pretty good. Made in Australia as it happens. When I bought them I thought they were from the US. Nope. I prefer a chorizo to be more spicy but I suppose that's why hot sauce is my buddy!:mrgreen:
 
That's some first rate griddling, and even better eats, Bill! Really like the look of those little plump chorizo sausages, too.
