Flame Boss App Instructions and Notification ?

I have a Flame Boss 200 which I love, but I am not making full use of the app on Iphone. I have have been unable to find an instruction manual for the app that explains what all the features are and the best way to use the app. Does anyone know of a source for this information?

Also, I would like to turn off the sound of the alert at the controller and turn on a notification on my Iphone. Does anyone know how to do this?
