Fresh red snapper, fresh shrimp, fresh crab claws marinated with baby onions, may shrooms and Italian dressing! What's missing? Wine!

Coral sea salt, fresh ground pepper and garlic powder on the filet after a light coat of mayo to keep it from sticking.

Eat some crab claws and drink some wine. [emoji3]

Peel a dozen shrimp to sauté in EVOO with onions, bell peppers and garlic.

Thanks and come on down! The weather here is just like Shreveport only we've got the Gulf! Hot and sticky, but when you're on the water with an ice chest full, it ain't so bad. :thumb:

Went to college in Shreveport many moons ago! Gas was $.50 a gallon then! :shocked: people were protesting and stockpiling gas in 55 gallon drums. Now that h y're smokin' in those drums!

I'm sure envious of you folks that get fresh seafood. :)
