Congtrats on the first cook! I'm sure there will be many more. Did a brisket last night on the UDS and it is crazy how easy these things are to use. Ran for 15.5 hrs straight at 220-235 with out any work, no kicking or shaking at all.

any wind?

That seems to be one of my issues
 
That last pic all plated up look awesome. I'll take about 3 portions of that. Maybe 4.
 
thanx guys. i was impressed. that was first cook on uds and cook number 4.

No wind or rain.

Next is chicken and ribs. I want to cook those at 300 for some good skin.
