I was worried about cooking brisket for the first time, so I can imagine your thoughts on cooking that, but as it turned out, we both had nothing to worry about. Nice cook!!

Thanks Ron. Being that I'm still new to this, I'm still trying to get over the fear of possibly messing up expensive meat. Brisket...ruined two already, and they were just points. I'm not ready to try a whole packer at $130.
