The Recteq Bullseye arrived Friday. Got it put together yesterday. Gave it the initial burn this afternoon and cooking some country style ribs for dinner tonight. So far, I'm kind of impressed.
It's 40 degrees and a little windy here. Got it set on 250 and it's been cooking for about an hour. Checked it after about 20 minutes - display said 253 and oven thermometer on grate was right on 250. Checked again 1/2 hour later and same 253/250.
