I bought a two pack of beef ribs. Looks pretty disappointing after opening the pack. I can see bones already. Looks like decent meat between the bones anyway.
One rack rubbed with John henry brisket rub and the other with TASTY LICKS " CHUNKY BROADWAY " CHUNKY RUB.

I was figuring maybe 250 for maybe four hours, estimated time.

Those are the beef back ribs and not beef short ribs. They are still good eating, but nowhere close to the meat on a stick that the short ribs have.
 
They finished way earlier than I anticipated. I put them on at noon and they were done at 2:00. I cooked at 250. They are wrapped in foil. I won't be eating until 6:00.

Just says beef spare ribs on the pack. I bought them at Save A lot. Usually don't buy meat at Save A lot but since I never see beef ribs much local I figured I would try them.
