I like your style brother! Looks awesome! Did you taste a big difference between the domestic shoulder and the wild one?

The wild one was a little darker colored meat, and really lean. I mixed them in and no one noticed any difference. We all eat a lot of wild game though, so I am not sure if we qualify as a good reference...
