Just getting into this grilling thing in the last few months. This site has been invaluable, many thanks! Smoked/grilled a lot of new things...brisket, ribs, pork belly, spatchcock chicken, drums, thighs,fatties and more. Pretty good for someone that just used to overcook burgers and chicken breast’s. Anyway thought I try some wings. Dry brind in fridge a couple days, dusted with Oakridge Secret Weapon and glazed with some of our favorite BBQ sauce at the end. Need to add a little heat next time but this is my new favorite cook! Love wings!
