First Fast/High Heat Brisket

Hmm...looks good to me.
I think I'm going to have to try a small (7.5 to 8 lb) brisket. I know I can get 7 hours or so out of my UDS on half a basket of coal/wood...so I should be good. No foil to deal with - just set it and let it rip. I'm gonna have to try it.
