This thing is fun!!! Put a nice sear on some beef fillet steaks stuffed with Gorganzola.

I'll be spatch cooking a duck and a chicken on the charbroiler for my Thanksgiving Turducken. Maybe I'll add a pheasant and make a Tur*****en. :biggrin:
