I finally got my uds put together and seasoned it last night. I really wanted to paint it but I really like the look so I might just clear coat it. First smoke is a stuffed pork loin. I figured if I run into temp control problems it will be a lot less forgiving.


 
I need to work on my food presentation lol

I over stuffed it and needed my wife's help it tie it all together

As far as the uds it seems to cruise nice around 250-260 no problems we'll see how long I can maintain that
