It has been a bit of a learning curve but each time I cook on her I understand more and more her way of thinking. Getting the temps to stay consistent was a little hard but now I adjust my temps with the chimney rather than the air intakes and I find I can keep them pretty much spot on like this. This has more air space so this takes a bit longer to heat up as compared to my old 55 UDS. Im going to REALLY try to get into ribs this year. On a side note does anyone know where I might be able to find a bolt ring lock for a 55g drum, I have some ideas in my head.

I got a 85 and a few 55s for my build. 85 from a container recycling place and the 55s from a honey importer and both had extra bolt rings I got about 10 when I got the 55s.
