Finally bought the Weber OTG at a Deal Lot's of Pron

I went to slowe's and they had one box left and it happened to be torn so they marked it down to $120 and it turned out to be a score.

As you can see it is normal



So to break it in I bought a sirloin beef roast and a pork butt I figured they would be a good test and boy was it great!

I know I've never really had a nice grill. I've learned to cook and grill on cheapos so this kettle surely was a Cadillac!!
