"Cookbook Inspired!"

Just a sample of one of many possibilities to choose from! Your recipe doesn't have to come from a BBQ related cookbook, either.


CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:



1. Cook something using a recipe that is either in a cookbook, or online. Your entry must include a photo or link to the recipe.

2. MULTIPLE ENTRIES ARE ALLOWED and encouraged for this Throwdown only!

3. This is an open category, meaning you can cook whatever you like as long as it conforms to Standard Throwdown Rules.



You may submit entries that are cooked from 2/1 through 2/28.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Tuesday Noon Central US Time on 2/28.
