First thing was to get a fatty going.

No rub. Just smoked on the 640

While that was going I made up the next stage of Happiness

1 cup mayo
1 cream cheese
4 jalapeños
2 garlic cloves
6oz cheddar
4oz Monterey Jack
Green onions
All the groceries ready

By that time the fatty was ready

Mixing every thing together

Next cut up some biscuits. Rolled into balls and brushed with egg wash and sprinkled some salt

Ready to go back on the 640. This time at 375

Puffing up

Pulled

My plate.

Good flavor but alittle to rich for me. Next time will cut the mayo and sour cream in half. Still hit the spot
