I had planned to make just a plain Italian sausage fatty but I had a few odds and ends kicking around the fridge. Into the fatty went some shredded mozzarella, a kielbasa end, some peperoni and some cheddar.

Here we have the Mise-en-place for the fatty:

I also made up some MOINKS and some FETs (Fat Elvis Turds)

The main course and leftovers for the week's sandwiches was a pork loin roast:

let me be the first to ask..............what is a fat elvis turd (fet)?

It's something that I came up with for the bacon throwdown.

Basically a piece of banana smeared with peanut butter, wrapped with bacon and sprinkled with some maple sugar and a drizzle of honey after they come off the cooker. They are surprising good and I have had a few repeat requests from friends and family.
