For those in the PA, MD, VA, DE, and NJ area, Giant Food stores are having a sale on packer briskets. Choice grade, $1.99/lb. I got 2 this morning. Good marbling and thick flats.
They appear to be "Swift" brand.
They also have Hatfield SLC ribs for $2.49/lb.
