Elk "French Dip"

I wanted to enter the sandwich TD but it didn't work out. Maybe next time. I decided to continue with my idea anyways.
I've been on a freezer clean out kick and haven't really bought any meat in about 6 weeks. Tonight was elk sandwiches.
Elk backstrap sliced thin, grilled over charcoal on grill grates (WGA).
Grilled onions and jalapeno.
Grated Horseradish
Gouda
Provolone
Au Jus
Air fryer fries
Hamms

It didn't suck!

Tomorrow will be better! Got some fresh meat today, as some hunting seasons have finally begun.

YUM! Looks pretty tasty to me! Ya know, with that Hamm's it looks like something you might get from a Food Truck and there just happens to be a Food Truck TD going on. Although you might need to crop out that Au Jus glassware. :wink:

It's very similar IMO. I would say a tad less "gamey", and a tad better.
