Electrical / Plumbing Guide For New Trailer

I am researching building a very basic vending trailer. Does anybody know of a good guide that shows how to layout the plumbing and/or electrical system?

This would all depend on your local code, trailer layout, etc. Contact your health dept. and possibly an electrician to find out what your code is.
